Typically, that’s anything on an acre or more that is in an unincorporated area. It usually means there may be an outbuilding or two on the property used for agriculture; crop or livestock.
No property is too big or small. Ranging from Professional Training Facilities to Personal Residences with room for horses in your back yard. I understand the needs and wants of horse owners at all levels of riding and the different disciplines.
I moved to Kendall County when I married my husband Joe. We have been residents of the Minooka area for 22 years. In my spare time, I enjoy riding and showing horses at regional and national levels as well as boating, snowmobiling, hiking and traveling.
You don’t have to love horses to be my client. I will work with anyone who is looking to buy or sell a Farm and Ranch property. Many times that is a horse person, farmer, business owner or hobbyist, but it can also be simply someone who wants to live in the country. I can also help you with buying or selling an “in-town” property, as you make the move to or from town.
My appraisal knowledge, administrative and customer service skills coupled with 30 years of owning and showing horses gives my clients the expertise they’re looking for in an agent. Clients come to me because of my love for the rural homes that are “different” and my knowledge about zoning, soils, and outbuildings. My Horse Clients love that I know the different disciplines of riding and how to tap into each of these organizations in order to market their property or network to find them what they are looking for…even if it’s not on the market yet.
